Located in a quiet place but very close to attractions. Close to grocery stores too. Whole condo is modern and very clean. There is a barbecue grille at the ground floor, and it is clean too. Place is clean! And I am picky when it comes to cleanliness Spacious too.
We've stayed in lots of different condos, and this is by far one of our favorites. Extremely spacious and the furniture is comfortable. Only thing missing is a few throw blankets for a rainy day.
We needed a place to stay with quick access to the LeConte Center for a multi-day conference. It was ideal. Even though it rained one of the days, the center is so close that walking with an umbrella was no big deal. It’s also close to some great restaurants (including the pizza place next door) and attractions. Highly recommend.

the condo was clean and well furnished. we loved the very large livingroom. the only downside was there was no balcony. we booked this condo on the river only to discover after we had booked there was no baalcony to enjoy the river.

The condo is very nice but it did not have a balcony overlooking the river. That was a bit disappointing.

Great place to stay in the heart of the strip. I was a little disappointed we couldn't park our car in the lot prior to the 4pm check in time. Other than that, its a great place to stay
