The Space
This spacious, thoughtfully designed condo offers everything you need for a stress-free stay:
The primary bedroom features a king bed, 50” smart TV, workspace with desk and chair, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, 50” smart TV, and plenty of storage.
The living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, with a large 65” smart TV, cozy seating, two reclining chairs, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to cook and dine in, including a Keurig and drip coffee maker, double oven, air fryer toaster oven, blender, and more. The dining area offers seating for four plus additional bar seating.
Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Easy first-floor access with nearby parking: The unit is located to your left as you come up the hill into our complex. We are a downstairs unit. You can park in one of the 3 spaces at the end of the building if you wish so you won’t have to navigate any stairs or you can park in front of the complex and walk down the stairs to the unit.

This condo is exactly as described. Would certainly book again.
Very clean. Very well appointed. We didn't really use the kitchen, but it appeared to be well-stocked. It was nice having a very large TV in the living room.
Plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable. And everything was clearly labeled, which was a nice bonus.
It was cold when we were there, but the condo stayed warm and comfortable. A bit disappointed that the fireplace was only ornamental, but it's all good.
The location is very quiet and peaceful. It was very easy to find and the directions were spot on. It's not walkable or close to anything. Which is great if you want to escape the commotion of Pigeon Forge.
The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. They even reached out and thoughtfully sent a list of restaurants that were open during the holiday. Would definitely stay at any property they managed.

Having the option to check in early was very helpful. Our host was very friendly and communicated very well. Condo was very clean on arrival and all of the little extras that the condo had to offer was nice. It had a beautiful view and was very peaceful but yet a very easy drive to all attractions. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again!

So many good things to say about this BnB. Very clean, quiet, and comfy. Easy access to get in and out of yet minutes away from the best attractions. Host was amazing and helpful with local things to do. Thoughtful touches inside to make it comfortable. All switches marked for convenience. Easy check in, check out. Next time in area we will definitely check to see if this BnB is available.
Our 1 week stay at Smoky View was great. Everything was exactly as advertised. Condo was very clean and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great and very quiet.

This place was amazing and has a nice a view of some mountains not to say but the hospitality and service was as well. This location is close to everything that you want to be located by in the area. Very nice and cozy and had EVERYTHING that you needed for a stay away from home. I would recommend this place again and again.

We had a great stay at Gregory's condo. The location was convenient for everything that we were doing, but it was far enough from the parkway that it was very quiet. It was very clean and had everything that was advertised and more. The view was amazing! During the day we had a clear view of Mount Leconte. We watched the fireworks at Dollywood every night, and on New Years Eve we had a great view of the fireworks at the Mountain Mile, The Island, and several other locations. They were very responsive and even let us check in a little early.

We had a short stay to visit Dollywood over the weekend and it went smoothly thanks to the great price and location of this condo. Great amenities- even had a high chair and pack and play (that was in great clean condition) for my daughter to use so we could cut down on packing. Beautiful sunrise out the back patio from the swing!
Sooo close to everything but feels like it's a million miles away because of how quiet and peaceful it was!! Home was immaculate! Super super clean! Our host was super responsive with any questions we had! Little bonus that we weren't expecting, you can see the fireworks show at Dollywood from the back patio! Pool was warm and clean! We had a wonderful experience! Would highly recommend!!
