The condo was clean. We stayed there last year and it was decorated for Christmas. It wasn't this year. It's a great location and management called often due to our weather conditions. It snowed.We did find the hot water heater took awhile to heat up water. Also the exterior door is very hard to open/close the deadbolt. It's great but a little to small for us. No room for your luggage etc.

We had the best time.We were so pleased to have found the condo.

Condo was just as described. It was clean and had a great view of the city and a small Mountain View. Very nice place.

Mountain and City View
Good experience. Entry door could use some work. Hard to lock from the exterior. Everything else was great.

Came in for a weekend trip and this place was awesome! Close to any and all attractions. Would highly recommend this place. Room was great, would have loved to have been able to stay longer.

Convenient
The condo was convenient to restaurants and attractions. It was clean. This did not effect our stay but it was dated, bed was not comfortable and it was overly decorated and cluttered with decorations. The table in the narrow hallway was especially annoying.

Great Stay!
My wife and I were very pleased with this condo! Great location just off the strip in Pigeon Forge. This condo is decorated beautifully, it was clean and very comfortable whether in the tv room or sleeping in the bed and the Smart tv made it convenient and the fireplace kept it cozy! Good view from the balcony as we even watched the fireworks at Dollywood. The hot water does take a little while to get up to speed but not a deal breaker on this one. We highly recommend this unit and will definitely be back!

Beautiful place!
As I walked into condo I first spotted the decorated Christmas tree and decor. I was super excited! Condo was very clean.. The bed is very comfortable. Perfect condo for a couple. You are in the center of lots of attractions. The property was very clean and maintained. The only negative thing i can say is if you plan on staying a week or longer bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and washing powder. They give you a complimentary roll of each but its not enough. Also have to use the shower to fill up the tub. There is no water faucet in tub/shower.
