Location, Location, Location
This condo was perfect for my stay. Easy access as it doesn’t require an elevator or a long walk from your vehicle, I was able to park my car and walk right up to the door. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. LOVED the huge walk in/roll in shower. Will definitely stay here again!

A Great Place to Stay
Whispering Pines was a fantastic place to stay. Very clean, comfortable bed, and loved the balcony view. Amenities were nice, especially the lazy river! Good customer service. It was in a perfect location with easy access to lots of activities!

A week of fun & relaxation
This unit was suitable for our needs, glad to see bars in shower, recliner was a little worn out, husband was just getting over shoulder surgery & had to sleep in recliner but overall it was great.we loved sitting on balcony & drinking coffee of a morning. Love to eat at the Pottery cafe, Applebarn Skyliner diner Five Oaks Farmhouse.will definitely stay here again if our health holds out. Thank for helping us have a great week

Everything was great except for the mattress. It needs to be replaced

Wonderful
We really enjoyed our stay, the Condo was perfect. The walkin shower was great for I am 67 years old with disabilities. The only thing I would do is add a taller toilet. Whispering Pines is our favorite place to stay and we come yearly.

The morning of our departure to start our vacation, I received a phone call from Smoky Mountain Escapes, regarding our originally booked condo. They called to explain that our condo had been trashed by the previous occupant. The staff made everything right by this and upgraded our stay to a different location with my approval. We were very pleased with how the situation was handled. The condo was perfect, clean, and in a great location. The staff is amazing and kind. Every time I needed to speak with someone with a question I had, it got answered promptly. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future for my vacation rental needs.
