Town Place 1 Condo #6 is a two bedroom, one bathroom unit that accommodates a family of four. It is conveniently located in Sevierville, halfway between Soaky Mountain and Dollywood.

The condo was pristine and exactly as described. There was a surprise mountain view from the balcony, which was really nice. Great location overall. Host was very responsive, friendly, and made sure our stay was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
Note: This was a 3rd floor condo with no elevator, which took a bit of work to haul everything up the stairs.
Great location
The vacation rental was exactly as pictured. It was clean and cozy. It is a third floor with no elevator which was fine for us. There was no outside trash dumpster or container and after repeated contacts we had no response as to where to put our trash. The master bedroom was comfortable but bring an eye mask as the street and parking lot lights shine through the blinds. The kitchen is minimally stocked and has no oils or spices.

Great stay close to restaurants and views!
Great location, very quite and a great view of the mountains from our balcony. Place was very convenient to Dollywood, and the free ticket that was included with our stay was great. Very short drive to many restaurants and attractions, both in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. It's a relatively new build so it's in great shape and very clean. Bed was very comfortable, only small complaint was the very bright light in the parking lot was very noticeable in the front bedroom even with the blinds closed. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again.
