Great stay
Everything was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with anything we might have needed at home! We enjoyed the location, just off the parkway, but quiet and beautiful view of the river. We even enjoyed the pool a few evenings and found it clean and well maintained. Appreciated the amount of communication with the rental company before, during and after our stay.

Wonderful stay - awesome rental company!
The resort was wonderful. Love that there was some shaded parking - a plus! Condo was lovely and very clean! LR furniture looked new, and beds were very comfortable. We were on the 6th floor, and it was super cool inside even in July! Wish they had provided some extra towels, but we didn't ask for that either. I'm sure they would if we had asked. Smoky Mtn. Escapes was great! Great personal service and I received personal calls to let me know our unit was ready and then to ask how things were the next day. They couldn't have been nicer, and we will definitely be using them again the next time we come to this area!

Wonderful Trip
This place was very Nice. Very quiet, clean and having 3 bathrooms with 3 girls is a huge perk. I would definetly come back and stay here again. It was nice staying 1 road off the strip, traffic was much easier to get out.

Great place to stay!
We had a great experience with Smoky Mountain Rentals. The condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We loved getting the free tickets everyday from Xplorie, it was a great added bonus! The staff were kind and helpful every time we called!

Family vacation at River Adventure
The place was clean and had all the essentials we needed. It was quiet and off the main road but close enough to things to do. We could easily walk to mini golf. Plenty of parking.
