Town Place 1 condo #3 is a cozy two bedroom condo. With one well-appointed bathroom and a cozy atmosphere, this condo is perfectly designed to accommodate a family of five.

This condo is very nice! Location is perfect! Price was not bad either. I have injured ribs so it was a little hard for me to make it up the stairs, but i managed. Would definitely stay there again.
My wife and I spent our anniversary weekend at the condo and had a great time staying in, cooking and watching TV! Everything was as described; clean, spacious and relaxing. Our only issues were that some of the “neighbors” in the condo could be pretty loud in the hallways. There were a few “ladybugs” or Asian Lady bugs next to the window. This seemed to be a common issue from another review, but it didn’t bother us because it wasn’t excessive. Overall, we’d stay here again! We enjoyed getting away, the amenities were great to have as we could cook, do laundry and watch TV all in the condo, and the location was great!
